The Dairymaster Automatic Cluster Remover accurately and
consistently monitors the flow of milk during milking. When milking
is finished, vacuum is removed and the cluster is detached from the
cow.
The ram is constructed using stainless steel which ensures maximum
durability and reliability. Easy adjustment of all ACR settings is
possible from the milk meter or PC. The ACR incorporates a remove
override function. A restart facility is provided which allows the
meter to be restarted should a cluster be inadvertently be kicked
off or removed.
It is the only cluster remover that can monitor flow in two milk lines and allows milk to be diverted at the touch of a button. It can also be fully integrated with the Dairymaster ClusterCleanse which is an important consideration when choosing a cluster remover.
SmartStart means that the cluster is released and vacuum is applied when the operator touches a button. The ACR gently removes the cluster from the cow. Vacuum is removed from the claw before the ram is activated.
