The Dairymaster Liquid Level controls the operation of the milk
pump and its interaction with the cooling system based upon the
level of milk in the receiver. When the upper level is reached
pumping commences until the milk once again reaches the lower
level. The cooling water supply can be switched off by a solenoid
when the milk pump is inactive. The system is designed to cater for
varying levels of froth in the milk receiver and results in better
control and reliability of milk pumps. An optional solenoid can
control cooling motor supply.
